Terms and Conditions (IMPORTANT/PLEASE READ)
Please note that we only accept ONE photo that follows our photo guideline (please see photo guide in attached photos)
Photo must be in the exact orientation you want drawn, in high resolution, clear shot (not blurry) of all facial features that you wish to be drawn.
If photo doesn’t meet guidelines and extra work is required, an extra charge of $100-$200 might be required to complete your design.
Once we have receive your payment, we will start designing your case.
Please note we do not accept multiple photos or changing the photos once we have start the designing process
Please note that we have a no refund policy once you made payment we do not offer refunds after we have started designing
